It’s a place to call home, where you can stay, relax, meet new people in the heart of Byron Bay. It is affordable and hassle-free accommodation that caters to long and short-term stays.  Somewhere you can experience the beauty and chilled lifestyle of Byron Bay. We are not quite a hostel or backpackers but not really a hotel. We like to call it a co-living space, where people come to stay. 

It’s like a big share house where you can have your own private room or share a room with like-minded travellers, students, digital nomads, locals or backpackers. 

We have large communal living spaces were you can chill out, cook up a feast in the shared kitchen or play volleyball or read a book in the massive yard. 

Co-living is about respecting your housemates and the space we share.

As long as you want! For those that are staying longer we have great rates to ensure you can stay in Byron Bay for as long as you want too! Live in Byron at affordable prices alongside like-minded people. 

Life in Byron has a limited amount of parking available for guests only. There is also free parking on Tennyson Street and surrounding streets.

Yes, we have a plenty of storage space to leave your surfboard and also bike racks

There is an English language school on the same premises just upstairs. Contact Lexis English School to see what they have on offer.

Breakfast is not included, but we offer a fully equipped shared kitchen. If you are not the cooking type, the Bay Grocer is across the road, which offers fresh food and fantastic coffee. Additionally there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance from the accommodation.

Our location is ideal, walking distance to the main shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and attractions.
