HOUSEMATE RULES

We don't mean to act like your Mum but before applying to live here please keep in mind that there are a few non-negotiables.

Please know that after 10 pm all guests are to keep noise to a minimum. We have a night caretaker and he will remind you to keep it down every night.

Pay rent on time to avoid extra fees and admin charges.

All shared spaces are to be kept tidy and clean. You can be fined if we see in the CCTV that you are not cleaning after yourself.

All rooms are smoke and vape-free, be mindful with deodorants too. If the alarm goes off in your room you can be charged a $2,000 fine.

Please know you are to wash and put away your own dishes.

You are responsible for your room keys. Lost keys will incur $50 charge.

Co-living is about respecting other guests and the space we share.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note you'll need to provide two weeks of notice for cancellations or early departures.

Otherwise your bond will be used to pay for the remaining amount of days to complete the full notice.
